The short version
Your photos stay yours.
- We keep them so you can reprint them. Your originals stay with your account, so a strip from two years ago can still become a large print.
- Nobody else sees them. Not the public, not other customers, not advertisers. Every view is a private link that expires within the hour.
- We don't sell them, license them, or train AI on them. Ever.
- Delete any of it, any time. One strip or the whole account, from your account screen, and the originals go with it.

Terms of Service
1. What Look Here is
Look Here is a photo booth operated by Remedy Bee LLC. At a V2 booth you scan a code, build a photo strip in your own phone's browser, pay, and the booth prints it. You are buying printed photo strips.
2. You need an account
Making a strip requires signing in. That is not a marketing device — it is how your photos stay attached to you rather than to a phone you might lose, and it is the only way we can offer you a reprint later. We use your email address to identify your account and to contact you about your orders. If you tick the optional box that asks, we may also email you news and offers from Look Here. It is unticked unless you tick it, you can turn it off in Your account at any time, and every promotion will carry an unsubscribe link.
3. Your photos
You own them. You keep ownership of every photo you upload and every strip you make. Uploading a photo gives us permission to store it, compose it into your strip, and print it — and nothing beyond that.
We will never publicly share your photos without your permission. Sharing to Look Here's own social channels is a separate, unticked box you have to choose, and it is never bundled into signing in or into paying.
4. What we keep, and for how long
When you make a strip, we store the original photos you chose, the composed strip, and a small preview. We keep them for as long as your account is open, so that you can come back and reprint any of them at a booth, or have a favourite made into a large-format metal or canvas print through our app. The originals are not offered for download: they are used only to make the prints you order.
Continuing as a guest. If you choose “Continue as guest” there is no account: we keep your photos for 3 days so the strip you paid for can be printed, then delete them. We have no email address for you, so we cannot recover a collection code you lose, and a guest cannot order metal or canvas prints.
If an account goes unused for three years, we will email the address on it before deleting anything, and delete it only if we get no reply. We are not promising to hold anyone's photographs forever, and we would rather say so than let that quietly become the arrangement.
5. Deleting them
You can delete any single strip, or your entire account, at any time from your account screen in the guest app. Deleting a strip removes the original photos behind it, not just the listing. Deleting your account removes everything stored under it.
Deletion is immediate and we hold no backups of customer photos, so there is no window in which a deleted photo still exists somewhere. We cannot recall prints already produced, or posts you have already shared yourself.
6. What we do not do
We do not sell your photos. We do not license them to anyone. We do not use them to train machine-learning models. We do not use them in our own marketing unless you have separately and explicitly agreed.
7. Payment, and when a print fails
Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay.
If the booth cannot print what you paid for — it is out of paper, jammed, or offline — your phone will tell you and you will be refunded automatically. You should not have to find a member of staff to get your money back, and you do not have to.
8. Age
Our booths are placed in venues that are 21-and-over. The guest app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep photographs belonging to a minor. If you believe we hold a child's photos, email us and we will delete them.
9. Using the booth sensibly
Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use, and don't upload anything illegal. We may refuse to print, and delete, content that is unlawful. Beyond that we do not review what you print.
10. Liability
We provide the booth as-is. Our liability for any single order is limited to refunding what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Texas or US consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
11. Changes
If we change what we keep or for how long, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect — not after.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your email address and name, from Google or Apple when you sign in, or the address you give us to be sent a sign-in link. We never receive your password.
- The original photos you select for a strip, the composed strip, and a small preview of it.
- Your orders — what you bought, when, at which venue, and whether it printed.
- A scrambled fingerprint of your email address — not the address itself and not reversible by anyone without our secret — so that signing in a different way on a new phone finds the same strips. It is deleted when you delete your account.
- Whether you said yes to promotional email — only if you ticked the optional box — with when you did and at which venue. It is deleted when you delete your account.
- Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no location beyond which booth you are standing at.
Where your photos live
In private cloud storage, encrypted at rest, in a folder belonging to your account alone. Nothing in it is publicly reachable. Every time you view or order one of your photos, our server issues a single link for that one file which expires within the hour.
Who can see them
You. Our staff do not browse customer photos. We access an individual photo only where you have asked us to — for example to fulfil a large-format print order, where that one file is passed to our print lab for that order alone.
Who we share data with
- Stripe — to take payment. They receive the amount and your card details, which we never see.
- Google and Apple — only to verify who you are when you sign in.
- Our email sender (Resend) — only to deliver a one-time sign-in link to the address you asked for it to be sent to.
- A print lab — one photo, and the delivery address you typed at checkout, for one large-format order, when you place one. The address is kept with the order until it ships and is deleted with your account.
- Venues get nothing. The bar your booth is in never receives your email address, your photos, or your order history.
- One exception: a private event whose host gets the photos. At an event such as a party or a wedding, the person who booked the booth may be given a copy of the photos guests pick there. The guest app says so on the first screen, before you choose a photo, and has a “Don’t share my photos with the host” box. If you tick it, nothing of yours is copied. The host can download them for 30 days; the copy is deleted when they say they have saved it, or at 30 days, whichever is first. Deleting a strip or your account removes your photos from the host’s copy too. The host never receives your email address or your order history.
How long
As long as your account is open, or three years of inactivity, whichever comes first — see section 4 of the Terms. Order records are kept longer where tax law requires it, but those hold no photographs.
Your rights
You can see everything we hold on you from your account screen, and delete any or all of it there. If you would rather we did it, email lookhere.print@gmail.com and we will.
How to delete everything
Written out plainly because a deletion right you cannot find is not a right.
- Open the Look Here app on your phone and sign in.
- Tap My strips, then Your account.
- To remove one strip, tap it and choose Delete this strip. The original photos behind it go too.
- To remove everything, choose Delete my account and type the word DELETE. We ask you to type it because a mis-tap should not be able to destroy every photograph you have ever made with us.
Both happen immediately, and neither reports success unless our server confirmed every file is gone. If anything survives, we tell you it failed and leave it deletable rather than pretending.
